A partir du 1er janvier 2024<\/strong>, pour les s\u00e9ances de grimpe en salle : Les baudriers et syst\u00e8me d\u2019assurage ne seront pr\u00eat\u00e9s que dans les cas suivants :<\/p><ul><li>pour les s\u00e9ances de formation<\/li><li>aux enfants (inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 10 ans) qui sont assur\u00e9s par leur parents<\/li><li>lors de la s\u00e9ance du groupe jeune.<\/li><\/ul><p>Les chaussons seront alors disponibles au pr\u00eat plus facilement (le r\u00e9f\u00e9rent n&#8217;aura pas besoin de vous accompagner au placard), mais tr\u00e8s vite l&#8217;achat devient indispensable.<\/p><p>Pour vous aider dans l&#8217;achat de votre premier mat\u00e9riel de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, nous proposons une s\u00e9lection de baudrier\/panier, avec un prix n\u00e9goci\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s de Cabesto &gt; renseignez-vous aupr\u00e8s de G\u00e9g\u00e9 !<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Pour vos sorties individuelles en ext\u00e9rieur, Le CVHM met \u00e0 disposition des membres le mat\u00e9riel de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 : cordes, baudriers, casques, mousquetons, descendeurs: n&#8217;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 y avoir recours.<\/p><p>Plus de d\u00e9tail sur le mat\u00e9riel ci-dessous\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">En premier donc les chaussons :<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Chaussons<\/strong> : m\u00eame apr\u00e8s des ann\u00e9es de pratique, l&#8217;achat de chaussons n&#8217;est jamais ais\u00e9 mais voici quelques conseils :<\/p><ul><li>En salle il n&#8217;est pas indispensable d&#8217;avoir des chaussons top niveau, surtout qu&#8217;ils s&#8217;usent vite en pointe.<\/li><li>Pour grimper sur rocher (SNE), n&#8217;\u00e9coutez pas les conseils des vendeurs qui orientent syst\u00e9matiquement les d\u00e9butants vers des bas de gamme, l&#8217;\u00e9conomie est faible mais la diff\u00e9rence de performance \u00e9norme (pour grimper \u00e0 son meilleur niveau, m\u00eame un d\u00e9butant a besoin de bon mat\u00e9riel) : compter 70 \u00e0 130 \u20ac.<\/li><li>Ils doivent \u00eatre serr\u00e9s (les orteils recroquevill\u00e9s) mais la forme doit vous convenir : le pied &#8220;serr\u00e9 oui, d\u00e9form\u00e9 non&#8221;.<br \/>Pour cela choisissez un magasin qui poss\u00e8de les 1\/2 pointures (certains en font l&#8217;\u00e9conomie) et \u00e0 partir de votre pointure ville r\u00e9duisez la taille progressivement : la bonne est la derni\u00e8re avant celle que vous ne supportez pas. Ce point est \u00e0 ajuster selon le mod\u00e8le : certains vont se d\u00e9tendre \u00e9norm\u00e9ment (mod\u00e8les La Sportiva en cuir) et d&#8217;autres presque pas (mati\u00e8re synth\u00e9tique ou bracelet de pouss\u00e9e du talon tr\u00e8s puissant).<\/li><li>Les versions \u00e0 fermeture velcro pr\u00e9sentent l&#8217;avantage de pouvoir \u00eatre enfil\u00e9es-retir\u00e9es tr\u00e8s vite : a moins d&#8217;\u00eatre dans le tr\u00e8s tr\u00e8s haut niveau il y a aucun int\u00e9r\u00eat de se passer de ce confort d&#8217;usage.<\/li><li>La semelle des chaussons est tendre pour bien adh\u00e9rer mais en contrepartie elle s&#8217;use vite : viendra donc le temps de faire ressemeler ses chaussons. Attention a le faire\u00a0 \u00e0 temps au risque de les rendre inutilisables (destruction des pointes en particulier).<br \/>Des chaussons de qualit\u00e9 supportent plus de ressemelages successifs (jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 4).<br \/>Au mur des ressemelages collectifs sont organis\u00e9s (mer\u00e7i G\u00e9g\u00e9 !) \u00e0 un tarif int\u00e9ressant : 27\u20ac, pointes grande voies :<\/span><br \/>Vous avez compris que ce que vous aimez ce sont les journ\u00e9es pendu \u00e0 un relais en plein vide avec les choucas qui passe au raz, il faudra ajouter encore un peu de mat\u00e9riel.<\/p><ul><li><strong>Corde de rappel<\/strong> : il faut pouvoir descendre de la voie pour le retour ou en cas de probl\u00e8me. Le standard est une longueur de 50m, il faut donc soit une corde de 100m, soit 2 brins de 50m ou 60m que l&#8217;on relie par un n\u0153ud \u00e0 la descente. Comme on grimpe alors sur 2 brins, ceux-ci sont de diam\u00e8tre r\u00e9duit : 8.5mm environ : c&#8217;est une corde dite &#8220;\u00e0 double&#8221;.<br \/>On peut aussi utiliser une corde de 100m multi-labels utilisable sur un seul brin ou sur 2 brins, mais c&#8217;est plus cher et 100m c&#8217;est encombrant pour un usage courant en \u00e9cole d&#8217;escalade (tirer 60m de mou pour une moule
