Parce que Grimper ET Assurer en t\u00eate requiert des gestes pr\u00e9cis, et une exp\u00e9rience de diff\u00e9rentes situations, cette formation est plus longue, et vous devez \u00eatre pr\u00eat \u00e0 vous engager sur un certain nombre de s\u00e9ances pour suivre cette formation. Mais ensuite, quoi de mieux que d&#8217;\u00eatre autonome, pour poser sa corde, en salle, et surtout en ext\u00e9rieur !<\/p>\r\n<ul><!-- \/wp:post-content -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:list-item -->\r\n<li>Vous devez \u00eatre en possession de votre badge Moulinette.<\/li>\r\n<li>Vous pouvez r\u00e9ussir des vertes du mur en moulinettes<\/li>\r\n<!-- \/wp:list-item -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:list-item -->\r\n<li><strong>Inscrivez-vous \u00e0 au moins \u00e0 3 s\u00e9ances<\/strong> <strong>(m\u00eame jour de la semaine, m\u00eame horaire)<\/strong>de formation &#8220;grimpe en t\u00eate&#8221;.<\/li>\r\n<!-- \/wp:list-item -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:list-item -->\r\n<li>Apr\u00e8s ces s\u00e9ances, lorsque l&#8217;encadrant vous consid\u00e8re pr\u00eat, vous pourrez grimper en autonomie.<\/li>\r\n<li>Il vous faudra n\u00e9anmoins bien m\u00e9moriser cette nouvelle maitrise via 10 s\u00e9ances.&nbsp;<\/li>\r\n<!-- \/wp:list-item -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:list-item -->\r\n<li>Si tout est ok, vous obtiendrez alors votre badge ORANGE autonomie T\u00eate<\/li>\r\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/ul>\r\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>A noter<\/strong> :<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Ci-apr\u00e8s<a href=\"https:\/\/cvhm.fr\/wdprs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/controle_connaissances_V202309_tete.pdf\"> la fiche d&#8217;\u00e9valuation des connaissances &#8220;grimpe en t\u00eate&#8221;<\/a><\/li>\r\n<li>Avant ces premi\u00e8res s\u00e9ances, il est bien de vous entrainer par vous m\u00eame \u00e0 vous familiariser avec le mousquetonnage en pla\u00e7ant une corde compl\u00e9mentaire lors de votre grimpe en t\u00eate &gt;sollicitez un r\u00e9f\u00e9rent au besoin<\/li>\r\n<li>Nous pourrons \u00eatre amen\u00e9s \u00e0 prolonger\/ raccourcir la dur\u00e9e de votre formation en fonction de votre autonomie<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pr\u00e9ambule pour tous : Vous serez encadr\u00e9s par un\/ des b\u00e9n\u00e9voles dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 FFME.
